Honorable mention: the episode where Homer gets elected sanitation commissioner. "Who should do it? Someone else!" crowd chants "Someone else! Someone else!"
There are so many honorable mentions it boggles my mind. I intentionally left off "Mr. Plow" and "Marge Vs. the Monorail" because they're on every list.
